Pinot Beurrot is the traditional Burgundian name for Pinot Gris and given we have treated our Pinot Gris as a Burgundian might, we have opted for the moniker of Beurrot. Whole-bunch pressed, with a significant portion of Pinot Noir grapes also included, then fermented on lees in a mixture of old, neutral hogsheads, acacia barriques and a large format Austrian cask, our Pinot Beurrot is a rich, yet refined and well-balanced expression of this classic varietal.
