Fermented on lees in neutral oak vessels of a variety of formats, malolactic fermentation and batonnage were withheld to create a pure-fruited, crystalline expression of Chardonnay. A short elevage of 6 months ensures this wine’s natural opulence is framed beautifully by its gentle line of acidity and a touch of salinity.
